This client was the owner of a larger multi-state portfolio that wanted to sell all their apartment properties. The seller requested the offering be discreet. We listed the large portfolio and sold the assets to a private investor from California. John assisted the buyer with on site due diligence tours and closing. The seller achieved their goal and the transaction closed with all properties going to a single buyer.
