Successfully completing past assignments for this client, John was hired this time to help reposition of his real estate portfolio after owning this property for twenty-one years. The property was built in 1948 and exhibited the vintage interiors with upgraded exterior vinyl windows. We cooperated with a broker who had a buyer wanting to invest exchange funds from a sale. We assisted the buyer who needed to assume the seller’s loan due to an onerous prepayment penalty. The buyer completed the sale and our client accomplished his exchange into a larger and newer property.
