This 53 unit property is well located in Southwest Portland by the Jewish Community Center. The units are all one bedroom, which required locating a specific buyer that preferred this unit type. We found a unique buyer that was in an exchange and wanted to use this property for an affordable condominium conversion. Our client traveled extensively out of the country and we executed this sale for the most part via long distance communication. Both the buyer and seller completed their respective IRC §1031 tax deferred exchange requirements.
