The buyer was a group of medical doctors who had previously used John’s services to invest money for retirement. The client wanted to achieve two objectives: a) buy a medical building in case their healthcare company required the “practice” to find alternate office space and b) fund retirement by making another real estate investment. This fine property offered superior construction with a brick exterior, copper roof and excellent off street parking that is sited in a parking constrained neighborhood.
