This property included 525 apartment units in three high rises, as well as commercial office space and parking garages. The property offered both individual offices for tenants, as well as larger floor plates, for tenants requiring extra space or wanting room for expansion. The commercial space provided convenient services to the tenants, such as a dry cleaner, spa, and an employment agency. The owner also had the option of building another high rise on the parcel containing the low rise commercial space.
