Clackamas Trails /12+ acres King Bell

This property was owned by a paving company that sold the family business and was finsihed using the site. The site was located off the main path for renting apartments and had potential soil concerns from being filled after prior excavations. The builder acquired the property after reviewing reports on the sites engineered compaction and environmental studies. We attended the necessary meetings with the developer to gain approvals. The buyer closed prior to permit, and a few weeks later gegan construction of a 330-unit apartment development.
