Developing this vacant property seemed challenging at first, but has proven to be one of this client’s best investments in their real estate portfolio. The property was vacant and needed sewer access across a creek or a pump system to make the site functional. After obtaining sewer access, the owner built a very nice two story apartment property. The seller from Japan was succeeded in divesting from this non-income producing land they had purchased prior to Japan’s real estate collapse.
