Maxwell Manor

This client had a vacant land parcel from a previous marriage and wanted to sell the property. The property was hidden behind another property but was reasonably located near a school. John found a local developer wanting to build another small apartment development to hold for investment. The buyer received building permits and closed the sale for cash to the seller. Our client achieved the goal of selling vacant land and converting it to cash for retirement.
