John Kennedy has been successfully consulting with real estate clients locally, regionally and nationally since 1990. Prior to forming Pacific Real Estate Investments LLC in 2001, he was the Portland investment broker for a national company. While with Grubb & Ellis and H&P, John engineered noteworthy transactions including the $23 million sale of Seneca Village in Hillsboro, the $50 million sale of three high rise towers in Portland named Portland Center, and the sale of the well known Uptown Shopping Center for $15 million.
Over the years John has developed a platform of real estate investment services, which he provides directly to his clients without having to run the gauntlet of large company procedures and decision making.
